Fees:

Our Landlord placement fee is $189 (covers .30 days of Landlord placement service) WHICH MUST BE PAID PRIOR TO MOVE IN. IF PAYMENT IS NOT MADE IN FULL. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SIGN LEASE OR PICK UP KEYS
