What's included with our tenant services.
We bring in the best candidates that fits the criteria of what the landlord is looking in the new tenant.
During our tenant placement we:
- We complete a thorough background and credit check on each potential tenant.
- We typically look for income of at least three times the monthly rent, as well as a credit score of 600 or higher.
- Employment verification
- Eviction history
- Previous landlords and rental history check
- We prepare and assist you with all lease documents, inspections
- We also do an initial walk through when a new tenant moves in.
This service can be used as one time only or on all your properties.
