Tenant Placement Service

 We bring in the best candidates that fits the criteria of what the landlord is looking in the new tenant.

During our tenant placement we: 

• We complete a thorough background and credit check on each potential tenant.
•  We typically look for income of at least three times the monthly rent, as well as a credit score of 600 or higher. 
• Employment verification
• Eviction history
• Previous landlords and rental history check
•  We prepare and assist you with all lease documents, inspections 
• We also do an initial walk through when a new tenant moves in.

This service can be used as one time only or on all your properties.
